Mini Purse Tutorial/Pattern - CHOCOLATE PISTACHIO - Peyote Stitch, Using Miyuki Delicas

£4.00
Here is a pattern for you to create a sweet little miniature purse, which can become a keychain, trinket or a necklace - whatever you would prefer. The bulk of this is simple peyote stitch, odd count - with embellishment and a little sewing. This makes this impressive looking little project accessible to all levels of beaders!

This purse is mainly made with ODD COUNT peyote stitch, it isassumed you have a pre-existing knowledge of this method of beading, including the decreasing at the end, as this is a pattern, not a tutorial. This pattern includes clear images and lettered charts to help you create a beautiful piece of jewellery. Also - if you prefer - there is a row by row word chart.

I have designed this pattern with Miyuki Delica beads, in size 11/0. The colours I designed with are detailed in the included legend. The legend also includes bead counts. You can of course substitute your own colour choices if you like!

OPTIONAL PARTS

There is a little closure on my version of this purse, plus little attachments for the necklace chain. If you want to add these to your purse you will also need

2 size 11/0 seed beads
6 11/0 delicas to match the pattern
6mm jumpring or equivalent
2 Threadguards (jumprings will do just as well, or even a little loop of
delicas sewn in place)
Beads to make your own chain If you want to, or a long ready made
chain
Or a keyring fixture.

Please note that I created the tutorial using pictures of my prototype! If you have bought another version of the purse your purse will look just the same, just with a different pattern. The pattern for the purse in the pictures is called Chocolate Pistachio for reference! If you are buying the Chocolate Pistachio version....the pictures match!

The downloadable PDF file you will receive includes:

An image for reference
A legend with colour suggestions and bead counts
A row by row written instruction pattern
A bead graph.

THE FILE IS ZIPPED AND WILL NEED UNZIPPING.
