Beaded Pen Wrap Pattern - "DADDY #1" - Instant Download - Peyote Stitch

This is a pattern for a removable pen wrap – designed to fit a Pilot G2 pen. The pattern is available as an instant downloadable PDF file, which you can access as soon as payment clears. Pilot pens are easily available online and from “real life” retailers and are refillable. The pen wraps are removable also - so you can move them from pen to pen, or easily change them for another design.
This wrap is made using flat 1-drop odd count peyote stitch. When you have finished the design, simply zip stitch together the two longer sides to make a tube. You will need to unscrew the two halves of the pen to slip the wrap onto the upper half of the pen, then screw them together again! The wraps are designed exclusively with Miyuki Delica Beads in size 11/0. These beads are amazingly uniform, lay flat and fit perfectly. If you use other beads the wrap will not fit.
This pattern uses 3 colours, which are charted in your legend. You can of course substitute your own choices. Please allow colour variations for different devices and screens. Also, sometimes the beads in real life can look slightly different to what you see on screen. Your PDF file includes:
- A large image of the pattern
- A bead legend that includes bead number and count
- A lettered bead chart that you can print out and mark off as you go
- A word chart if you prefer this to the image chart.
The odd count charts are 45 columns and 21 rows. It will measure 2.39 x 1.48”.
This pattern does NOT include instructions for peyote or zip stitches. This information is easily found on the internet. The listing photo is a digital visualisation of the pattern. I have included an example photo of one of my designs completed and on a pen for you to see how it works.
